The previously recorded sale of this property was for the vacant land only at a sale price of $429,900 in 2005 at the height of the Palm Coast Real Estate market. Here is the scary thing…Conservatory at Hammock Beach Lots are now listed for as low as $24,000….nope not a typo…$24,000. OUCH!!!
