Breaking down the numbers. Palm Coast Real Estate Market Statistics for the Month of March 2010 for the non gated golf course communities of Matanzas Woods, Cypress Knoll, Palm Harbor and Pine Lakes.

It is interesting to note that the price per square foot prices in the non-gated golf course communities have crept down to meet with the non-gated non-golf course communities in Palm Coast. With Palm Harbor And Matanzas Woods having the lowest price per square foot sales.

Perhaps buyers are deciding that living in a neighborhood with a golf course is not as important or as valuable as it was just a few years ago…hmmm. Cypress Knoll does continue to see prices above other non gated, off water communities in Palm Coast….may be more about the proximity to the Town Center than the golf course these days….interesting food for thought.
