New listings and price reductions include properties in Ocean Hammock, Hammock Dunes, Hammock Beach, Cinnamon Beach, Saltwater Canals, Ocean View properties, Pine Lakes, Cypress Knoll, Palm Harbor, Canopy Walk, Tidelands, and Grand Haven
This Palm Coast Real Estate market report includes 21 new listings, 43 price reductions, and 2 solds, 5 Properties that were pending and under contract and fell through came back on the market for sale in Palm Coast & Flagler County Florida.
The Palm Coast Properties that Caught My Eye Today
I was a bit shocked today when I saw the huge number of price reductions today…then I took a closer look and realized that almost half of them were all price reductions of Hammock Beach Club Condos. ….will it be enough to get them sold? Just for curiosity, let’s take a look at what’s up with regards to listings and sales in Hammock Beach club since the first of the year.

This shows once again that listing prices need to be very aggressive to move condos in Hammock Beach Club right now. 22 of the 47 Hammock Beach Condos currently on the market were price reduced today….it will be very interesting to see if it is enough to start moving some of them into contract and eventually to sold. Hammock Beach condos are not only having to compete against each other for buyers, but also against attractive prices in Cinnamon Beach , Hammock Dunes and Surf Club.
