During the summer season, Cinnamon Beach units become more difficult to show due to the fact that they are most likely rented out to out of town visitors looking for the ideal beachside retreat.  

  Cinnamon Beach currently has  condos for sale featuring lakefront and Oceanfront / Oceanview locations.  The lowest priced condo in Cinnamon Beach is still on the market.  It is a  3 Bedroom 2 Bath lakeside unit at 1100 Cinnamon Beach Way Palm Coast, FLORIDA 32137 listed for $249,000.  And, although you can buy units in Cinnamon Beach that range in price as high as $790,000…you really do not have to spend that much for Direct Oceanfront luxury . You could go for the ultimate in luxury with an  Oceanfront, 3 bedroom 3 bathroom end  unit at 500 Cinnamon Beach Way  Palm Coast, FLORIDA 32137 listed for sale at $689,000.

There are 3 units in Cinnamon Beach currently under contract pending sale with list prices that ranged from $379,900 up to $499,000.  2 of the 3 units  pending sale are in some sort of distress sale pricing situation with 1 being a bank owned foreclosure and the other 1 is a short sale.

Cinnamon Beach is not immune from market distressed properties and has had several foreclosures and short sales over the last few years.  There is currently 0  bank owned REO foreclosures  for sale in Cinnamon Beach.    There are also 3 Short Sales on the market  in Cinnamon Beach ranging in price from $379,000 to $389,000
