Matanzas Woods has also held onto property values much better than most of the other non-gated communities in general Palm Coast, Florida.  Again, I think it is very important to point out LOCATION.  Matanzas Woods is located west of I-95 and is the furthest Palm Coast community to the North.  This community is very popular with people who commute and work in St. Augustine & Jacksonville due to its close proximity to US1 with direct access to I-95. 

Matanzas Woods also has become more popular since the north bridge over the interstate connecting the west side to the east side was completed, making access to the New Matanzas High School, the beaches and upcoming commercial developments in Palm Coast Park.  Oh did I mention it has a golf course.
